Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS)

Cheer Time integrates its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and windows sharepoint services (WSS) to generate a real-time order prioritizing system. Data pulled from the system are used to optimize manufacturing levels by better tracking processing times, production records, and quality control. The sytem result is displayed in every stop of the production line and updated regularly. This can not only act as an indication for our production line staffs, but also a tarcking system for sales or engineering employees if they need to find out which process is the PCB currently in. This have been supporting the our production process effectively both improving efficiency and eliminating common problems such as manual entry errors or missing production procedure.
